How To Post On Instagram As An Ambassador For Ollivvespresets
It’s awesome that you want to collaborate with @ollivvespresets. But first, let’s go over some pointers on how to post your content to your Instagram Feed and Stories.
1. First Thing First, Size And Crop Your Image!
You should size your image in a 4:5 crop to maximise the use of the viewers screen When posting to Instagram. You want your audience to see the content, right?! 😉
This is also a good practice that I recommend you use for all your photos when posting to Instagram. I personally post all my photos in a 4.5 crop and see that this size gets me the most engagement and exposure on my photos.
HOW TO CROP
If you don’t know how to crop your images in a 4:5 crop, here is a video that I made on how to do just that. I also include some export settings you should use to get the best quality possible on your images when uploading to Instagram.

2. Upload Your Photos To The Instagram Feed
When you upload your photo to your Instagram feed we want you to do “multiple photo” post with a before/after swipe.
STEP 1: ADD IMAGES
The first step is to tap on the + button, at the bottom of your Instagram.
STEP 2: MAKE IMAGES FULL SIZE
Tap on the button to the left on your screen, to get the full size on your picture.
STEP 3: Select Multiple Images (Before/After)
Now click on the multiple button which will allow you to select more than one image.
STEP 4: SELECT YOUR IMAGES
Now it’s time for you to select the images you want to use in the before/after post. And then click next!
STEP 5: Write A Compelling Caption + Tag
Here an example of how a caption should read:
“ This photo was edited using the “Bali” preset from @ollivvespresets Travel Preset Pack for Lightroom Mobile + Desktop. Use the code “YOURNAME20” for 20% discount on any of #ollivvespresets ( Link to shop in bio). ”
*Only tag @ollivves & @ollivvespresets in the picture. Do not tag any other brands or feature pages!
Important to include in the caption:
-
The name of the preset you used to edit the photo. Example: “Bali”.
-
The preset pack of that preset. Example: “Travel Preset Pack”.
-
Your discount code. Example: “Emma20”. (This will be given to you by the team.)
-
Use the #ollivvespresets
-
Make a CALL TO ACTION encouraging your followers to click the link to the shop in your BIO.
When you’ve gone through the steps your post should look something like this👇
3. Upload Your Photos To The Instagram Stories
When you’re posting a story, it’s important that you’re showing your audience the before & after picture, and to tag @ollivvespresets. And if you have the option to do “swipe up” do that. The swipe feature is usually available if you have 10k followers.
Step 1: Before post
STEP 2: AFTER POST
STEP 3: Encourage Your Followers To Use The Code + Link To Shop
Last but not least you should encourage your followers to either swipe up to the shop or to click the link in your bio and to use your personal code for a 20% discount on all the presets in the shop!
That’s It
This is how you post for @ollivvespresets if you have any questions, just send a DM to @ollivvespresets and we will answer your question as soon as possible. Stay awesome and keep creating.
