DO THE PRESETS WORK ON LIGHTROOM MOBILE?

Yes, all my presets are available for Lightroom Mobile. Just choose the mobile version when completing your purchase like illustrated bellow. 

DO THE PRESETS WORK ON LIGHTROOM DESKTOP?

Yes, all my presets are available for Lightroom Desktop. Just choose the desktop version when completing your purchase like illustrated bellow.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

The digital download is instant. You will get access directly on the site to download your digital product. You'll also receive an email with links to download your products. Download must be done within 24h of the purchase or the link becomes invalid. If this happens contact our live chat support and we'll sort you out with a new link. Make sure to check your promotions folder and spams folder on your email provider as the email sent by us sometimes ends up there.

LIFETIME PURCHASE PROTECTION

If you lose your phone, get a new one accidentally delete your digital assets, don't worry. We've got covered. Just send us the email you used to make your purchase and we'll send you the products again for you to download and install. Contact us through the live chat support. 

RETURNS

Because of the nature of the digital items, they can not be returned and we can not offer any refund or returns.

SHIPPING TIMES

• Express service WORLDWIDE 1-3 Business days. (With Tracking)
• Standard service WORLDWIDE 3-5 Business days. (With Tracking) 
• Economy service WORLDWIDE 5-10 Business days. (No Tracking) 

PROCESSING TIME

Each print product is individually printed and assembled when you order it, so please allow 24h-48h of manufacture time for your prints before they are sent out. **Orders are not processed during the weekend and public holidays. 

SHIPPING RATES

• Free worldwide shipping for all orders above 150USD
• For all other orders shipping rates will be calculated based on your delivery location and your desired shipping method. The rate will be added at checkout. 

RETURNS

We want you to be stoked with your purchase, so if you’re not, let us know. Contact us if you have any problems with your order through the Live Chat Support within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods through our Live Chat Support. 

DELIVERY

• We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund. You as a customer are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.
• All unclaimed / un-deliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer's own expense. 
•  Ollivves.com is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested a safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended.
• We can not send to PO boxes.

CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES

• Please note that Nobadaddiction is not liable for customs clearance fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs. **No customs apply to countries within the EU**
• All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. 
• Please keep an eye on your shipment with the tracking number provided to avoid delays, Nobadaddiction is not responsible if you are not notified by your country's postal authority.

**If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $25 return fee deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.**
